Qigong (pronounced Chee Gong) is a millennia old wellness wisdom that incorporates gentle and fluid movements, breathwork, self-massage, mental concentration and sound healing.  It’s based on the same energy meridians used in acupuncture and is fully integrated into the traditional five elements in TCM.  This evidence-based quantum healing art can reduce anxiety, relieve stress, improve physical flexibility, increase vitality and remove mental and physical blockages.  It trains you to effectively sense, feel, transform and work with Qi, the vital life force energy.  Consistent practice of Qigong gives you emotional balance and spiritual insight.    

Hi, I’m Sholeen

I started my Qigong practice with Grandmaster Shen Wu, internationally acclaimed Music Qigong Founder, after my cancer treatment in 1996. A few years ago I obtained a certification for practicing Qigong Healing from world renowned Qigong Master Robert Peng.  Mentored by my grandfather I’ve studied Taoism, the foundation of Qigong and Tai Chi, since 1972.  For my love of Yoga I also have been practicing various styles of yoga since 1988. I am a RYT200hr certified yoga teacher specializing in Kundalini, Naad and Yin yoga; currently working on my 500hr teacher certification.   As a Sound Healing Artist I found both Yoga and Qigong practices instrumental to my personal growth and speedy improvement of health. I am inspired to “Pay it forward” by sharing these ancient wisdoms through teaching.  I don’t believe in a “one size fits all” approach. Like fingerprints, everyone has a slightly different physical constitution and mental state. I would like to help people who are interested in discovering their own uniqueness and finding their inner light. I see myself as a facilitator and you are the one who is doing the good work for yourself.
