Free Class for Covid & Cancer Recovery

This class is designed to help people recover from cancer, Covid or Covid related anxiety and stress
Expect extra gentle, yet powerful Qigong exercises and sound healing. We will focus on increasing your blood oxygen level and reducing cancer treatments side effects so you can get rid of brain fog and regain your vitality sooner. You may choose to sit on a chair to do the exercises if standing is too strenuous for you. Make sure the chair is at a right height for you (when you sit at the edge of the chair both of your feet are flat on the ground.) Please have a yoga blanket or big bath towels ready on the side in case you need extra support. We welcome anyone who is bedridden to join us and receive Qigong benefits.
